The Alaska Association of Agricultural & Natural Resource Educators (AAANRE) offers funding to support the professional growth of its current members—including teachers, homeschool educators, and FFA advisors—as well as the students they serve. Members may apply for grants and scholarships ranging from $100 to $500. All requests are reviewed quarterly, and the award amount is determined on a sliding scale based on the total number of applicants and available funds. Applicants are strongly encouraged to seek matching funds to strengthen their proposals.

Funds are intended to support activities directly tied to agricultural and natural resource education, such as curriculum development, professional development (including CASE training), classroom resources, gap funding for research, conferences, or student leadership and career exploration projects tied to Alaska FFA. If awarded, AAANRE reimburses approved expenses up to the designated amount based on submitted receipts. A single, universal Google Form is used for both Scholarship and Mini-Grant requests, simplifying the application process.
